In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing the 288wi Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager or bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 288wi.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 288wi Platform and must not register an Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with the 288wi Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of the agreement between you and 288wi.

To register and maintain an Account with 288wi, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. 288wi strictly prohibits access to minors and will take all reasonable steps to prevent underage use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for your own personal entertainment, not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or associate of 288wi or any of its affiliated companies or gaming software suppliers, or a close family member of such a person.
• You have provided accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, and you undertake to update that information promptly if it changes.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order currently active on the 288wi Platform or any other gaming platform with which 288wi shares exclusion records.

288wi reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify any of the above eligibility conditions, including but not limited to a valid Pakistani national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

One Account Rule: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the 288wi Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether for the purpose of claiming additional bonuses or for any other reason — constitutes Prohibited Conduct and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 288wi Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share these credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 288wi immediately via the support email or live chat. While 288wi will take reasonable steps to assist you, we accept no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

288wi staff will never ask you to disclose your password in any communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 288wi requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

You may request the closure of your 288wi Account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests that comply with these Terms will be processed in the normal course.

288wi accepts deposits from registered Players using the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at the sole discretion of 288wi.

All deposits are processed and credited to your Account balance in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 288wi does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 288wi accepts no responsibility.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. If 288wi identifies that a deposit has been made from a payment account not belonging to the registered Player, the deposit may be reversed and the Account may be subject to review or suspension.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of deposit within your 288wi Account. These limits may be adjusted at 288wi's discretion and may vary by payment method.

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account has completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of 288wi.
• No active bonus restrictions are preventing withdrawal of the requested amount. Where a Bonus with an active wagering requirement exists, only the portion of the balance not subject to wagering restrictions may be withdrawn.
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to the selected payment method, as displayed in the 288wi Withdrawal section.
• The withdrawal is to a payment account registered in the same name as the 288wi Account holder.

288wi aims to process withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within ten (10) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within one (1) business day. Processing times may be extended where additional security verification is required.

288wi reserves the right to apply additional due diligence checks to withdrawal requests, particularly where the request amount is substantially larger than the Player's typical deposit and wagering activity. This is part of our standard fraud prevention and AML compliance procedures and does not imply any accusation of wrongdoing.

In the event of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or other Prohibited Conduct, 288wi reserves the right to withhold processing of a withdrawal request pending investigation. If the investigation results in a finding of Prohibited Conduct, the withdrawal may be denied and the Account closed.

288wi offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which supplement and take precedence over these general Terms where there is any conflict.

General bonus principles that apply to all 288wi promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and may only be transferred to the Real Money Balance upon satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirement.
• Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement for 288wi bonuses is thirty (30) times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement must be completed within twenty-one (21) calendar days of bonus activation.
• Free spins are credited at a set value per spin as communicated in the relevant promotion. Winnings from free spins are credited as Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, exploitation of low-risk wagering strategies, or registration of multiple accounts — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and may result in Account closure.
• 288wi reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already claimed a bonus, the bonus will remain active and subject to its original terms.
• Employees of 288wi and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in any promotional offer.

If you have any question about whether a particular wagering strategy or gaming pattern is permissible in the context of a bonus promotion, contact 288wi support before engaging in that strategy. Retrospective bonus forfeiture for strategies not queried in advance is at 288wi's sole discretion.

By placing any wager on the 288wi Platform, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules, which are available within each game's interface or information section. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail.

288wi operates its games using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for electronically generated outcomes and live-streamed studio feeds for live dealer games. The integrity of game outcomes is independently verified and cannot be influenced by 288wi or by Players.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game session, 288wi will take reasonable steps to resolve the situation fairly. Where a game outcome cannot be confirmed due to a technical failure, the relevant stake may be returned to the Player's Account at 288wi's discretion. 288wi's decision in such matters is final.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. 288wi reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time, including imposing individual Player bet limits where necessary for risk management purposes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 288wi Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account, whether personally or on behalf of another person.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Exploiting software errors, system vulnerabilities, or pricing errors to obtain an advantage not intended by 288wi.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Abusing bonus promotions, including through low-risk hedging strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play risk.
• Using payment methods registered in the name of a third party.
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion that is currently active on your Account.

288wi employs active transaction monitoring and game pattern analysis to identify prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above may result in immediate and permanent Account closure without notice and without payment of any outstanding balance.

288wi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice or explanation where it considers this necessary. Circumstances that may lead to Account closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour toward 288wi staff or other Players.
• Receipt of a charge-back or payment reversal that cannot be satisfactorily resolved.

Where an Account is closed for legitimate reasons unrelated to Prohibited Conduct, the Real Money Balance (excluding any Bonus Balance or winnings derived from Bonus Balance subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.

A Player may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting 288wi customer support. Voluntary Account closures for responsible gaming reasons will be processed immediately, and a re-opening cooling-off period may apply.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 288wi shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or data.
• Technical failures, interruptions, or delays in Platform access.
• Actions taken by 288wi in accordance with these Terms, including Account suspension or closure.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 288wi's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

288wi makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the Platform.

288wi is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from within your 288wi Account settings.

If you choose to self-exclude, your exclusion will take effect immediately and will prevent you from accessing your Account for the duration specified. 288wi will use reasonable efforts to identify and close any duplicate accounts you may attempt to open during an active exclusion period.

288wi collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account with 288wi, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 288wi may include your name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, payment method details, identity documents submitted during KYC, and records of your gaming and betting activity. This data is used for the purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and where you have opted in, marketing communications.

288wi will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors, KYC verification service providers, game studios, and regulatory bodies where required by law or contract.

288wi reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, 288wi will provide reasonable notice to Players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the 288wi Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 10.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on the 288wi website at 288wi.app/terms-conditions. The date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising from or in connection with your use of the 288wi Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulatory frameworks under which 288wi holds its operating licences.

In the event of a dispute between you and 288wi arising out of or in connection with these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. 288wi will acknowledge formal complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) calendar days. Complex matters may require additional time, in which case 288wi will keep you informed of progress.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the matter may be referred to the relevant Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body recognised by the applicable gaming regulator. 288wi will cooperate fully with any ADR process initiated in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
